These terms govern how employers, job seekers, and administrators use MoyaLinkto publish vacancies, apply for roles, and communicate on the platform.

Using the platform

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you publish, including vacancies, candidate profiles, and account details. Do not post unlawful, misleading, or abusive content.

Accounts and access

Keep your sign-in credentials secure. If you use Google sign-in or email authentication, you are responsible for all activity performed through your account until you report unauthorized use.

Vacancies and applications

Employers must describe roles honestly. Job seekers must submit truthful application materials. Platform access does not guarantee placement, hiring, or candidate availability.

Moderation and enforcement

We may suspend content or accounts that violate platform policy, create risk for other users, or undermine the integrity of the hiring workflow.
